Hi
I guess I need some help with guys who send emails. How can you tell fakes from the real ones? I'm not finding it easy anymore. They look real but maybe they're not help

Thanks

One thing to keep in mind is if it’s too good to be true then start wondering and ask yourself questions.
You can also reply to the e-mails that look okay and of course from those that interests you but take your time before divulging too much personal information. If they persist on getting information that you feel should remain private then just forget about them and of course never send any $$$ to anyone.

In general, they are extremely sweet, make generic comments (as you have to remember that they are sending the same letter to everyone!). Ask for your email address right away/phone# or im ...... there is no reason to leave this site to communicate (at least at the beginning).

I just had one guy talking to me, and I had a hunch, I added him to my Skype because I wanted to web cam with him to verify his identity. He's never accepted my request. I see now he's been zapped from the site (all emails etc. have disappeared and that only happens if the CS staff has deleted someone's account).

I think just mainly trust your instincts. If you are the only one supplying the conversation/info and you don't get anything in return then they are probably a fake. As well, read their profile carefully, does the info provided match their picture ... if they claim to have a masters degree and write like a grade 1 student then I'd hazard to say - block and delete them. Read the scammer information provided by the site as well. Sometimes if they give you their email - do a search ....... or paste part of their profile and search it. Sometimes it will come up as being on the various scammer lists.

I agree the guys who have been here for awhile are nice. I just had to block a guy. He emailed nine times....just kept bugging me. Saying stuff I didn't like.
