Same here in Cyprus. Myself and another member have organised a meet-up this weekend in town, just for a drink and a chat but have had very little response even when we have contacted local members personally. It seems people aren't really interested in meeting others face to face, maybe they prefer a cyber relationship. 
EssJay: Shows how bored I was in the early hours......I was looking through "Local Members" in my area and not one of them had been on line for a couple of days......in fact going off line and having a look at some of the profiles, some haven't been on for weeks!

I often do that when working nights & can say it is the same around here. Very few active members from East Anglia / East Midlands

I think its the same in most places EssJay. The other week I sent off about 20 messages, and only 2 have replied ... seems to be a waste of time.
