Not sure I can answer to be honest as I have had moments in my life where something has happened for no reason and its been magical... and the same with people... just an intense moment in a crazy world...

Spiritual connection to me means a connection with God or a higher being that is not dictated by law, another person or organised religion. At times I feel a sense of spirituality just marvleing at nature, other times, saying a kind word to a child or neighbor.
