I'm not sure if there are any doctors in the house here, I certainly am not one so can't advise on any of this, but if I were in your situation I'd try the internet and research my own symptoms extensively, in the area of natural and dietary remedies.

Best of luck.

If you can't afford a Dr., my suggestion is look for a low cost/low income clinic. They are everywhere these days.
Good Luck to youwine

I hope some of this info could be of some help to you . I wish you all the best and hope you feel better soon hug

Drinking skim milk daily can help reduce your blood pressure up to ten percent. This milk is low in fat, but very high in Vitamin D and calcium, both of which are known to combat high blood pressure. Calcium can also be found in sardines, salmon, nuts, sunflower seeds (unsalted), and dark green leafy vegetables. Magnesium rich foods such as beans and spinach are also an excellent way to lower blood pressure. Other good sources of magnesium are figs, grapefruit, yellow corn, whole grains, almonds, and apples. Dark chocolate is great for helping to lower the blood pressure and satisfying a sweet tooth at the same time. The flavonoids in dark chocolate have been found to cause a noticeable drop in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings. Potassium rich foods such as bananas, soybeans, oranges, watermelon, spinach, zucchini, and baked white potatoes are another very good food for maintaining a lower blood pressure, as potassium helps the body rid itself of extra fluid so that the heart does not need to pump as hard. Research also shows that eating foods high in fiber, such as oat bran, fruits, and vegetables can significantly reduce high blood pressure, and even improve blood pressure in healthy individuals. Omega-3 fats, typically found in oily fish and flaxseeds, are known to have a lowering effect on blood pressure, as is garlic.

An unhealthy diet rich in salt and fats, coupled with a sedentary lifestyle devoid of exercise, is another culprit. High blood pressure – often to a fatal extent – can also be attributed to excessive use of alcohol and intoxicating drugs such as cocaine and methamphetamine.

Change your diet and lifestyle.
Cut back on working hours do more things that relax you and you enjoy.
Spend time in nature.
Turn off the TV, listen to music with your eyes closed.
Eat healthy meals and exercise but ease into it slowly.
Learn to relax your mind and your body will follow.

Just some ideas
Wish you all the best

handshake

take into account all of the above suggestions as they are good ones.
Then you might want to try this route as changing your thinking changes your body too. The subconscious mind controls your body and what you learn/experience/do everyday has an effect on how that part of you works. It usually takes about for weeks of listening to the sessions, but your mental attitude can be re-programmed to a positive way of thinking about yourself if you want it to. We are only products of our environments so if you need motivation then think it, make it a belief inside your thoughts and it will happen.

and a broader index:

It works if you let it work.

Medsummer: usually takes about for weeks of listening

that would be four weeks! you cannot change a lifetime of "learned" behavior overnight.
