What colour is your car, Silver? (28)

I just had my Mercedes S600 transported from the MB dealer in Geneva to Portugal, not a really big story..............BUT!
The truck driver picked up the car, put it on the truck, got to Germany to tranship it to another truck and called his boss in Stuttgart to say "this car is silver", the boss called me and asked me "you told me your car is black", l said that it was and he said we have the wrong car because the driver said he has a silver car.
Surely the garage gave him the correct car, a black one, you would think, and they did,they would not make such a mistake with 160,000 euros of merchandise, it was just that the driver of the truck was on an off day and got the colours mixed up!(but how!)

Oh, that’s nothing. I’ve got my car shipped from my ex’s place in the middle of nowhere to Gbg via a car repair, so I’ve learned all kinds of mistakes that can happen during the process. But the most remarkable, or that struck me as the most remarkable, thing was a discovery that people are so willing to bring you bad news about your car’s misfortunes in so delightful voices that you almost are feeling guilty that you don’t share their cheerfulness.
I don't care anymore if its silver/green/skyblue pink, my (ex) friends dog has just kacked in the back of it so gotta get rid 9wanna buy it cheap?)
Oh yeah, and the exhaust blew the same day grab a bargain!

too late, curried it, but the car is still available; can re-spray it silver if you wanna blend in
I personally hate silver cars. I always think that they haven't been finished.
Mine's Seat Ibiza is a metallic green called 'Merlin? Go figure..... Non metallic red ones, in Spain, seem to fade really quickly in the sun.
