Physically - well where do i begin lol
Emotionally - I am a walkover - I hating hurting people's feelings and end up in situations which i find hard to get out of cos I havent the balls to say this isnt what i want - Im working on this though!!!!

Physically, I would change nothing.
Emotionally. maybe I could be less wary and open up a bit more. but then again I don't think men should show their true feelings or emotions, something not quite right about a man being too emotional.

It's great to see someone happy with themselves, Mac
Physically, I would like to lose weight and am working on that.
Emotionally, I am working on being less easy to intimidate and having more confidence in myself.
I think I would like to be happy with myself as I am now though and damn the begrudgers

I agree with you here, not alone would I not change anything, but I wouldn't change any of the events/happenings in my life as they all led me to being who and where I am.... and I like both just fine.. Age it appears brings about an acceptance and comfort with the self
