MINE ARE USUALLY AROUND THE 4.5" TO 6" I FEEL LIKE A MIDGET WITHOUT THEM.
ITS LIKE STEPPING OFF A FOOTPATH WHEN I TAKE THEM OFF.
WHO HAS ANYTHING TO SAY ON THIS MATTER??? COME ON NOW NOT ALL AT ONCE.

I prefer kitten heels as i cant walk in killer heels without the aid of crutches..

I love 'em. Not just for their appearance but what they do for legs. When your foot is angled forward like that it tenses the muscles and accentuates the curves. I know these things!

High heeled shoes can help to make a woman look more attractive.
However, they tend to push the big toe in towards the second toe. I think that bare feet look more attractive with the big toe in its' natural state: more or less straight out from the foot. Instead of pushed in towards the other toes.
Not to mention possible reductions in the elasticity of the achiles tendon from persistant high heel wearing.
For me, heels are up to the woman. If she wants to wear them: fine. If she doesn't: fine.
