Today, the safe return of the shuttle Endeavour made me smile, a little bittersweet as she has now flown her last mission...well done to the crew and all at NASA for an another amazing insight to the work at the ISS

When my ex and I went coarse fishing at this time of the year, we found a lot of dead birds near the rivers....it's probably foxes after the young birds,foxes can kill just for the sake of it, they often come back for a few days to pick up the dead birds.
We found one fox had wiped out a complete nest of Canada goslings, as well as 2 cygnets, heart breaking to see.
A farmer friend of mine found 200 of her chickens had been killed by a fox overnight, it had burrowed in under the barn door.
There are other things the foxes kill that I saw myself, but I won't post it on here as it's upsetting.
