We did all that but never came up, affadavits are not worth the paper they are written on.... its all about who can tell the most lies without being found out apparently.

My daughter had to go through that for 8yrs in and out of court and her ex had legal aid and a Lawyer who was a killer who was also working for him on the punt.
They ex inlaws convinced him that my daughter had all this hidden money.
And he was determined to get it the lawyer that is.
Alas what she had it all went on lawyers fee's this is what nearly did my little family in.
Believe me I know what you are going through! but I promise you your case will be nothing like that.
AS long as you remain in Control if you dont it will go against you.
Leave it to your Lawyer thats what he is paid for.
Oh they also put in for FULL custody of my grandaughter he walked out when my Daughter was seven months pregnant.He was having an affair.
Be brave and hold your head up high Norm just remember you are the one paying the bills and your Lawyer is there to fight For You.

Hey NG, after years of experience both mine, that of family and professionally, take comfort in the fact that no matter what the outcome, the kids grow and make up their own mind. My brothers 4 boys all were placed with their mother, and all chose a few years later to move to their dad's. It may take time and it always hurts someone, but the kids are not stupid. That said, the old days where the mum always got custody are long gone.
Good luck today, hope all goes well. And enjoy hugging those beutifull children of yours. Nothing wrong with tears especially when they happy cause your seeing your kids.

I believe its in the best interest of the children to know thier father , I also believ the courts know this .Be strong it wont be easy but remember that real love is as easy to see as is deception and lies the Judges are not idiots they see it all the time keep it real lemon peel and hopefully youll be with your kids before too long
