I USETO COLLECT WATERFORD GLASS, THEN SWITCHED TO CHINA COALPORT, AND THE MOVED ON TO ROYAL DOULTON. I COLLECT CAT ORNAMENTS PARTICULARLY THE UNUSUAL ONES THAT ARE NOT COMMON.
MY PAL COLLECTS ELEPHANTS, THE OTHER ONE COLLECTS ANYTHING SCOTTISH!
WOULD YOU CARE TO SHARE WHAT YOU COLLECT WITH US?

I collect Buttons....not the modern type though. I've even got a couple of glass buttons, also some nice big old coat buttons.
I've often been to charity shops and jumble sales and bought the garment just because I wanted the buttons,laugh

I especially love the old mother of pearl ones too.

I've never been a collector of anything.

I must admit, I find it hard to get rid of things I've had for years but I don't collect anything one particular object eg ornaments or bags etc.

I can tell you that buttons are collectable and some do in fact fetch good money on the Ebay.
I have a big tin of them, and use them for decoration on lots of things. Nice Nice. teddybear

Ah now MK nice to see you, that is a difficult trait to cure. Finding it hard to let go of things. I useto feel the same now I try to see logic instead of collecting non stop. Space is the winner now. teddybear
