thankyou siren will give that a try or tai chiTai Chi is something that I would like to do, it apparently trains the mind while exercising the body.
at least you are wanting to give it up, so give your self a pat on the back for that. maybe you need to take some vitamins or minerals or summat as i am told that ciggies destry some of these and you body doesnt get enough nourishment. perhaps if you tried a couse of healthy eating and lifestlye then perhaps it may be easier to give up ev enutally..........but dont beat yourself up about it, be nice to yourself for wanting to improve things..oh and try to mix with peaceful people i find that very helpful (me being a buddhist and all helps, in finding peaceful people i mean .. i dont mean become a buddhist)

hello mate how you doing,,,,the way that i stopped smoking was going to the gym and keeping my self doing things, its not easy at first mate but once you get into getting fit your not going to want to smoke becouse you will feel as if you have let your self down, i know people are diffrent but thats how i did it, and that was 6 years ago

if they didnt help go to your doctor and theres a drug called zyban that apparantly is very good but only avaailable from your g.p as it requires a prescription. if your anti depressant medication however your not allowed to use zyban.

what makes me mad i have smoked since i was thirteen to fit in with the in crowd.
i have given in for weeks on end but there is always something or some form of stress that draws you back to the ciggies.
my reason for not giving up is i have been told i have a temper which is brought on by anxiety for not having any ciggies i suppose im scared that if i give up i may get angry at the drop of a hat
