Theres been times Ive woken up and thought Oh heck,

I am not afraid of making mistakes.
I am afraid of not acknowledging them but if I did I would apologize to the persons and try not to do them again, learn from them.
If you have acknowledged some mistakes of yours, perhaps an apology is in place.
