barren the landscape which i once crossed
has a deafening silence, a silence of slumber,
it was like a waking dream, a relam of peace
to what looks undisturbed by nature has to
look very closely to see the beauty that can
be found

vegatation thats very sparse continue
into the distance not a single tree insight
nor a pond of fresh water, the soil is baking
under the glare of the suns rays, dripping sweat
I could hear my feet tip tapping on the rocks
I could hear my breath inhaling and exhaling

I stopped to watch around for a minute
I felt lonely and out of place
til i once figured how a place of this
enviroment can be seen in the beautiful context
of thought and admiration

for peace is hard to find and hard to get
a barren landscape of what i described
is a haven of what humans seek
a undisturbed patch of land
untainted by curroption and hate
for what time we have on this blue waterworld
we must try make our blue heaven
a peaceful haven like the barren landscape
