O.k you all know me and I'am sort of a clown and joke, but for real I think I snapped or smothing, not in a mad way but I'am under a lot of pressure at home with my family and like, the problem is I seem to be in a dazr, people talk to me and I don't understand what there saying and listen but can't wait for the conservation to be over, I feel a floatfeeling, and tonight while driving I was feeling like I was really drunk and swaying over the road and was thinking a cop might pull me over, made it home safe and am still feeling like I drunk but took nothing to feel this why.I'am sick of doctors, they never get it right.I can only thing in the moment. Thanks all.

You need to get to a doc or emergency room. Could be any number of things from dehydration, to diabetes, to a stroke, or a brain tumour, or any number of other things, (all having similar symptoms), but you really do need to get it checked and some tests run, and as soon as possible.

mastic,
I experienced the same last year..
thought I was just too stressed from private things...but it turned out I had a brain tumor. fell out of balance all the time, headache for no reason, and so on... the 'feeling drunk' sensation I also recognize ...
the tumor was pressing against the brain mass and caused the same symptoms as you are describing right now.
it depends on where a tumor is located, but in my case it was situated in the area that controls balance and body movements, like walking and talking..
however, it could be from diabetes as well.
please visit your doctor....I find this very disturbing..
whowhatwherewhen: I dont appreciate the head banging. A nervous breakdown is a MENTAL breakdown. There are all sorts of symptoms involved.
I know what a nervous breakdown is. I worked in Mental health for years. Those are not the symptoms of a nervous breakdown. Mastic has been on here for years, like many of us, and he is not suffering from a stress related illness. I had a friend with exactly those symptoms last week, it turned out to be as stroke. He walked home in that dizzy state after feeling like he was drunk, and died half a hour later, having called his family to come and help him. He was 57 years old and a good friend of mine. No one can take chances with symptoms like these.
Goodness, I hope you get this checked out. Don't want to loose you. Even if you've experienced this before, you should check. So what if they say it is nothing, you are looking out for yourself.
If your own doctor tells you again that nothing is wrong, find a new doctor. This could be serious. Better safe than sorry. I found out the hardest way imaginable that doctors don't know everything, as we're raised to believe they do. And some doctors simply don't care what's wrong with a patient, as long as they get paid for the office visit.

Before Mastic has a heart attack fretting about brain tumours, an excess of caffeine and stress can induce panic attacks with similar symptoms.
Probably best to get yourself checked out and eliminate anything more sinister, but do you find that the symptoms go away when you're in a safe, calm environment?
could be a middle ear infection too mate but yes visit a doctor asap and a naturopath that may be able to get to the bottom of it had the similar thing last year was abad middle ear infection
