anniebaby: I am a little pissed off that I have to come out and do this but I have no choice, some will call me a liar, some will say that I am brave but really what it boils down to is I will not have something told to a person in private held over my head.
A fellow poster decided tonight to attack me for what ever reason but when I replied he decided to inform the whole thread about me
Now some of you may have noticed the comment and wonder wtf others might have let it slip by
so what was said that has me posting this, the term was "baldy"
I have posted twice about a friend that is bald while in fact it was me, I do not hide the fact nor do i advertise it for all.
I did not start the two threads to mislead anyone and some on where will know that i do in fact inform people about my condition but while it has taken years for me to come to terms with my little problem it only takes one a**hole to set me back 10 years
its now out in the open and think what you may about me

Yes I saw that comment today but didnt connect it in this way.
The condition is part of you not all that you are.
Maybe its better that you have said it and dont have to be concerned about anyone making snide comments anymore.

its a small part of what makes you you and you are unique in more ways then one, you havnt had an easy life by any means yet you are still one of the nicest people i know and i have to say i was so glad i got to meet you in drogheda Thanks everyone

Hair is just hair. It's not your personality or your heart. Your hair doesn't define who you are but I do understand that it must have been traumatic for you when you lost it (Alopecia I presume)and as you say it doesn't take much for that feeling to come back. I think you're very brave to put this post up and have nothing but respect for you for doing it.
I met you earlier in a thread an you seem pretty sound, funny and more level headed than alot on here. Don't let one eeeeeeegit get to you. Most of us tend to go on personality here more so than looks.
