I heard a statistic once that the average american has 7 careers in a lifetime. Don't know about that but I know I have had a few careers and lots of jobs.
How about you?
Any regrets?
I made a change last September and it took 4 months to get it going but I am solid now and happier in the work area of my life than ever before.
Anyone else make a new choice for work and love it?
I went to school and was trained for an entirely different career than what I'm actually doing now.
However, that being said, I LOVE my career, it provides me with an outlet for my creativity, is something I love to do and didn't actually picture myself doing..so it was a pleasant surprise as to how it happened...but I love it and wouldn't change a thing!

I have had 6 careers already so far hahaha.. And all of them are related with communicating with people. I had a problem fitting in my 3rd job.. I was the youngest in my office and they seemed to hate fresh meat at that time.. I need 6 months before they accepted me as part of them.. I had a great time there though after they accepted me as their friend.. But I dont want to go back there..they poorly payed me..

The job I am in now I was doing in the eighty's for 9 years Landscape Gardening, stopped for 15 years went bush on a properties bred horses loved that, then moved back to city 7 years ago and doing Landscape Gardening again I love it, being an outdoorsy person suits me. I have had a few other jobs in my lifetime nothing to rave about. I am doing what I enjoy that makes for a stress free lifestyle. I recommend to go after a job that you will be happy in.
