Take all the documents to an ombudsman, then claim for any mistakes that have cost you more than due, if you have been taxed more than is actually required, there are procedure to follow to reclaim that extra amount paid.

If you believe they may made a mistake in your tax details, I guess you should allow them to make any corrections needed, but, if they refuse or say the forms are correct, then take to another accountancy firm, if it is proved they have "cocked them up" (Tech term), then refer the original "Franchise" to the ombudsman, ombudsman have saved me a fortune in poor accountancy in the past.

Defiantly they did the sales tax was not done they over charged me from the original asking price

So, first point out the errors, give them a chance to rectify, if that fails, then take it to a higher authority, all Tax/accountancy companies (In the UK and I think also in Canada) have to abide by set in stone rules.
