By the way, I’ve noticed people think that they know their language while, in fact, they don’t. Be careful when you choose your teachers, in order not to end up with some funny dialect nobody understands outside da willage.

Yesterday I met two of them. I spend 3 hours with one, at a park-café, talking Dutch most of the time and a bit of Portuguese. He's moving to Brazil where he studied as an exchange student before, so I decided to talk with Brazilian accent. He brought his little dictionary and I was always telling him to look the words up. He called me mean for that. But I think it's the best way to keep a word in your mind-by looking it up yourself. It works for me.
His friend came along, they walked me to my next meeting. We were in the same page on our conversation, so we decided we'd meet again. I liked him very much-great potential friend.
Then I went to meet the crazy girl who took me to a festival. Me behind her bike. I didn't think I'd die but we could have fallen, due to her speed.
Met a bunch of people at the festival, drunk wine sitting on the grass. I swear there was no weed involved.
I'll definitely meet this girl again too.
The method will basically consist in conversation. Like half time for each language. But since we are here, it will be predominantly in Dutch, which is a win for me.
