I was married 18 years(my first) when I found out he had a girlfriend...the divorce took 4 years....My second is almost finished with the divorce....he didn't leave me for someone else. I had to kick him out because he quit on everything, including life and I couldn't live like that...
Life does have it's up sides....I wasn't really looking very hard and someone just showed up in my life a few days ago. Met him here on CS, so it can and does happen. Several of my friends on here are all having the same experience right now..

so obviously it was already on her mind. that statement was a warning sign - even if neither of you was aware at the time of that

my ex thought I had a thing for one of his friends....nothing could have been further from the truth
both men and women cheat so to not trust women in genral is like me saying I don't trust men because they cheat
doesn't make sense as some do & some don't
