Unfamiliar with Roman mythology? (even though you could pass for a goddess) and scientific study. The moons Roman name is from the goddess Luna,...thus lunar,...lunar eclipse, etc.. There is belief, and quite some evidence that the moon not only affects the oceans gravitationally, but living creatures as well. Lunatic is derived from luna.

More fights, trips to the emergency ward, babies concieved, when the moon is full,....

Nothing like laying on a blanket under the light of a full moon - behavior can be affected.

Yes, I've heard of that before, but there isn't a full moon until the end of the month!! So hence I was wondering about your reference to same.

I am glad that you have patient staff. When people get into their moods it is best to remain patient and polite - pushing back, especially when at work, never seems to create any good! Nothing quite as "fun" as coming back to work and having to deal with complaints arising from an employees actions towards a customer! But at least the full moon is passing! (waning,waxing,..can never remember which one is which)

I think its waning?

Yes, I do agree and thankfully I've not had to deal with irrate customers after the fact either or heard about it through head office. Sometimes they can down right unreasonable, outright lie etc. - thank goodness those are few. Most people are great, and when treated fairly they act that way too.

Yes, for the most part, people ARE great! But those few who are not,....grrrr! Although I also have to deal with irate people, I am sure it is not anywhere near what you must have to deal with.

And I always have the option of of slapping the cuffs on anyone who really annoys me!rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

Well they always threaten to contact head office!! I still remember the lady at Christmas time who told me she thought it was "time" to write head office because I wouldn't give her a hanger. I advised her that we recycled them. When she threatened me with that I simply looked at her and didn't say anything - but I was thinking of offering her the #. lol OMG - just shows how cheap some people are to go out and buy their own.
