A future purchase on DVD LadyB . Brendan Gleeson is one of the best Irish actors .

Was stood in the cinema last week and tossed a mental coin between this film and Transformers 3. The latter won the toss but the film was poor, will try get to see The Guard over the weekend with her indoors

I like science fiction but the Transformer films are geared for kids, not adults.
However, I know boys love their toys which is what Transformers is all about.
The Guard is definitely a better bet.
