You are right about the fitness. I started water aerobics about 6 weeks ago and I love it. It truly makes me feel so much better.
As far as the emotional rest....meditation works well, or maybe a sauna or whirlpool?

It is great as long as you can find a nice quiet place without interruptions. I find that my mind wanders alot, but have to make myself concentrate on the task at hand....relaxing!
