And I love going to see them live when they're in my area, I know they are getting on a bit they still play great gigs and they still bring out new songs and albums, and they still keep touring places... YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS been a fan for years. Have all Tapes, Videos and CDs
Saw them in concert in their early days last time was in ,90 and that was a wow concert, now still recovering from the noise level. Fantastic.
Love Rossi on the bandaid video check it out on the youtube it will crack you up.

Yeah I wasn't even born, when they were in the prime in the 70's respect to for liking them, I also know that there is a huge fan base of Quo fans in Germany, I see they tour there every year.
- And if you compare it to Amy Winehouse, If either Rick Parffit or Francis Rossi was found dead, it would be more catastrophic to the music world than her!!! Well for me it would be devastating!!!
While I am not a huge Quo fan, I like this one, and with you wanting to find a girlfriend outside the UK, how about this one!

I used to like the Quo when I was young but grew out of them and their last greatest hit I liked was 'In the Army Now'.. A lot of folks forget that they've been going as long as the Stones. Also, on the Band Aid concert, it was brilliant watching the documentary on it not that long ago on C.4 as they told you what they were up to, and boy did they get high!!

I respect what they have done for music and they are good at what they do but not really my sort of music though!

Well, I've been attending their farewell tours since 1984!
Never been a big fan of their music but I did go to see them live. My boyfriend at the time, who became my husband, bought us tickets to see their show in Sydney, Oz about 1988 I think?
I kinda went "Status Quo?? - errrm not sure if I like their music, not sure if I want to go?" went anyway and was blown away. Great show. But didn't convert me to their music, I am more of a soul/mowtown old chick.
