1.Have you experienced it?
2.Is there a scientific explanation for it?
3.What are your theories on the subject.

I have experienced it more than once.

I KNEW you were going to post this thread!
Yes, I have experienced it many, many times.
I don't know if there's a scientific explanation, but my theories are three-fold: firstly, by thinking it, we create it (positive thinking) and secondly, if we are sensitive and open enough we 'tune in' to events and pick up on them, thirdly many deja vu's are mundane things, so we probably HAVE done them before, many times, but forgotten about them.
Fourthly, past lives may come into play but there's no scientific explanation for that either.

Thank you for your reply, it's interesting that some people are so sensitive that they can tune in. Unfortunately for me, my concentration level is low, so that wouldn't apply in my case.

Positive thinking, I'm not convinced on that theory, too much like wishful thinking maybe, just my opinion of course, not to trash anything you've said.

There's a likely hood that repeatedly doing mundane things could give the deja vu effect to some people, from my own experience that hasn't been the case.

As for your fourth theory....I do wonder if we have a split second insight to the past or future.
