What is so attractive about drinking (144)

I find it strange that when i go out with my singles club that almost all of the ladies there are more attracted to the guys who drink and get drunk than they are to those of us who choose not to drink. I can think of many resons why not drinking would be a great assett but the ladies dont seem to see it that way. Why?

Thinking about this on a serious level ...difficult to do but I will try ... maybe it's because when you can get drunk with a friend and let all your secrets out to each other it's a type of bonding that you never ever get with someone who doesn't drink.
I've been a drinker and a non-drinker over the years ... not for any other reason than the fact that I was on long term medication that didn't allow me to drink ... don't drink much these days but enjoy it when I do ...

It is wise to take into account the fact that different cultures have different attitudes to drinking .... and some religions ban it completely ...
I think it's like everything in life .. a personal choice ... but please ... don't harm others ... or judge them either .. for their personal choices

I have been told before that non drinkers are not as much fun but I personaly love to go out, I dance, i play pool, darts, etc. I am not shy so i engage in conversation, The only thing I dont do is smoke and drink so why am I viewed as not as much fun as those who drink

people dont trust non drinkers, non drinkers are scared to lose control, let down their guard. you dont feel you can get to know a non drinker, they seem dis-honest, prying, hung up. walk past a pub at 5.30pm, and it's fairly quiet. walk past again a few hours later, and it's genuinely alive, you can hear the conversation, the laughter, that wouldn't happen if we all stayed sober, would it?

Why does a non drinker seem dishonest to you? There are many reasons a person may choose not to drink. for some drinking could be very dangerous for them. Hung up?? I dont get that eather, I can have just as much fun and let my hair down,, well the little hair I have left,, just as much as the guy who drinks. the only differance is I can drive home safely.

thats just how they come across, people who dont drink for medical reasons have an excuse. my driver gets me home safely. i dont trust them, and i'm not alone.
