for most of us avoiding pain and suffering and seeking pleasure is a must ingredient to live a satisfying life.

Thanks Miss Smoky. Much better now, the life of a teacher can be a beautiful one, I am on vacation until the kids are back at school so can get some much needed rest and relaxation. Hope you had a lovely Christmas.
