Good one potarick so true these young moms just don't get it and have babies like they are going out of fashion, well it is to them sort of a fashion statement. Poor kids must have a confusing lifestyle with different dads and a sad one.
In Australia our goverment are good at handing out easy money and accomadation to these young mums and thousands of dollars for baby bonus has caused more babies to be born. Some mums are just teens and this baby bonus has caused great problems is it is spent so quick usually on themselves. 
Where are these young mums parents

Also worked in a secondary school for 16 years, where guidance and information was provided for both boys and girls even if it wasn't done within the home ... Still a big percentage go ahead and do it!!!

I'll agree with you, parents can give the best of quidance,and still go out and do it,due to the fact every teenager is an individual character on its own,though a good early advice from home,helps a lot,by preventing unwanted pregnancies,me thinks.-Even when they have guidance and ALL the information ...

..........yeah- very good advice.............too many humans in the world......kids are a cursed responsibility.......children are the main causes of divorce.........people have NO obligation to have kids.........no matter what dopey in-laws or parents say........my friend and his wife were stupid enough to have 3 girls- then finally 1 boy.........the kid train was due to italian heritage pressure......before the kids, they were happy and in love.........now- he has a bad back and a vicodin/soma habit from working too much......also a mistress........a complaining wife.....and a spiteful brother.....bills galore....and a vintage corvette.......had he concentrated on the 'vette years ago, and told relatives and inlaws to go to hell.......then the story would be happy.......archie and betty in the comics for sure........as it is- the past 25 years have been hell for him and his family..........

Yes and it's not a throwback. It was an initiative put in place within the last 10 years to spur population growth.
It may seem absurd, but our our population was heading for a huge imbalance where in the not to distant future, there would be more pensionable citizens than taxpayers, therefore, the need to encourage growth.

Surely there are better ways to grow the population than making babies. We can give you 13 million hard working Mexicans. They are good roofers and painters and field hands. Besides they typically have large families so your population will grow like mad.
