Native Spanish Speaker, the phrase is commonly used in a romantic or spiritual way.
"If I were to die tomorrow what would you say to me today? "
What would you like someone to say to you?

I would like people to say I was a good guy and a great friend. (Don't get discouraged with the Can. Forum, it is notoriously slow.) wave bouquet

I think it would depend on who was with me at the time.

The irony of this is that we have the ability to allow words to empower and inspire us ....... or we can give them no meaning.

I am just like LG,...it would really depend on who was involved. I have actually bore witness to a few such scenarios, and been involved in them as well.

But to answer your question,...What would I want someone to say to ME if I was going to die tomorrow?

Nothing. I would rather they simply take my hand and speak to me with their eyes. It doesn't always require words IMHO.

Don't you just love compliments!! kiss
Listening to you saying that everything is going very well for you is very refreshing, it sounds like you have finally found someone that makes you very happy or that you have found happiness within yourself. That is awesome. I have been venturing different jobs and I finally found something that I really like doing. I have been travelling and meeting very interesting people. Although, everything looks/sounds great, I am still searching for someone to enjoy life with. In any event, I hope I could find happiness in my heart soon. Wish me luck!! BTW, whatever happened with Mort_A_Moose and his Alberta Grizzly and Moose Stew! Since I got your recipe, I have no choice but to order out all the time when wanting to try this stew, you were right trying to get them into a pot together is insane!!!! Wink wink.. LOL... Have a great weekend!!!cheers

Yes, a few years ago was not as much fun, but I have moved on and indeed, I have found both happiness within myself (but this job of mine sure can get annoying at times) and a special friend who has given me such a positive spin on life I find myself getting dizzy at times!rolling on the floor laughing (Ella es una mujer maravillosa y hermosa que llena mi corazón de felicidad.wink ) I think the most important thing I learned was to find "completeness" within myself and THEn seek someone who would compliment and enhance who I was and am to become, and that I do the same for them! I really wish though, that she would give up her day job as the "Head Sherpa Co-ordinator" at Base Camp 3 on Mount Everest! It is tricky to get a cheap flight to Nepal these days!!rolling on the floor laughing

I am happy to hear that you are travelling! I really am getting ready to start doing that,....and I am also hoping that I can't stop doing it!rolling on the floor laughing

Alas, Mort_A_Moose has been set on the shelf to await the day he can enter a children's book. I have now given up trying to cook Grizzly/Moose stew,....just too damn dangerous! Even Hell's Kitchen wouldn't try. And anyways, I have "Chuckles" now,....a much more docile grizzly bear!wink

You have a wonderful weekend also! teddybear
