I am afraid you will find a lot of non-believers on here. Before they start their rants I will say this: God has given us the capability to not only help and choose our paths for ourselves but also to help others with our abilities, knowledge, charity etc. Who gives regularly to charities both here and overseas. Who thanks God for what we have and not moan and what we do not have, etc.

I think I prefer to know that other people care rather than rely on asking a fictional character for help ... but if someone finds comfort in their beliefs why deride that belief? We get through this world the best way we can.
