well arent we a bundle of fun tonight!!

I love London. It is expensive, and it is overcrowded, but it is an amazing place. Full of history and tradition, great things to see, and experience and if you like just ambling around, and absorbing the culture, then London is a great place.

If you want to do the touristy things, (The Tower, Madame Tussauds, The Dungeon, etc) then book your tickets online.
1) they are cheaper
2) you dont have to queue, just walk in

If you are there Friday Lunchtime then go to the Borough Street Market in SE1
Its full of great nibbles, and exotic foods.

Sunday is the market at Petticoat lane

It also depends on what you want to do and which bars you want to go to. Apart from being miserable old sods, the boys are right in that its a very expensive place to go out at night time.

if you want more info .. mail me

I love London, and I have worked in some of the roughest, most dangerous parts(Hackney, Dalston, Peckham, Brixton) of it as a Bailiff for four years collecting unpaid parking fines.

If I didnt get a death threat once or twice a week, I was not workign hard enough!!!

So, I believe I have the right to say that its a great city that needs to be loved a little to be understood.

Electric Ballroom in Camden.
Slimelight, Limelight...

For an afternoon
Leicester Square, then nearby Chinatown, which takes you to Piccadilly Circus is a good laugh...Japan Centre at Piccadilly Circus rooooolls.

For some good food (food court) and interesting shops...
Oriental City Shopping Centre on Edgewhere Rd (take the Northern Line underground, go North and get off at Colindale).

If you get down to the Southside...get the tube to Clapham Common, then take a 345 bus a few stops to Lavender Hill...and check out Comet Miniatures for a mind blowing experience!

So why could this not have been your answer the first time Scouser or do you like being an a**hole?
This site has just become ridiculous - either you are all talking a lot of drivel, being sarcastic with each other, moaning about your illnesses or just being plain stupid. Look at some of the sensible threads that have been posted and they last about five minutes which is probably about as long as your feeble brains could manage a serious conversation.
There are some exceptions to the above and I apologise to them in advance - the ones who are only on here for a wind up or to bore the rest of us stupid know who they are.
And yes - I do have a sense of humour and I do enjoy a laugh sometimes and I have entered into some of the threads that have been funny - but why when someone new asks a simple question do they get bombarded with drivel? Ethan recently asked about a meet up and look at the grief he got!
I dont know why some of you dont stick to the Cbeebies web site - you would have more fun.::

He started two threads one for and one against ' meet up ' . Response was reasonable . It is in the nature of an open forum to be unpredictable and silly most of the time , I think

It surely is your own business no offence taken, but I think the reason ppl mite not like your opinion the whole time is because you come across very negative I've read a few threads on the forum and you seem to be very negative in them all moping but hey look as you say everyone is entitled to there own opinion and the above is mine... peace
