If only this was a simple dream, That comes and goes away with dawn break. But I want it to last for now I truly know, But still I sometimes cry and scream.
For now I see, I really see, And reality is not so fancy as my mind would have had it. The voices and the faces are now but seemingly disconnected, Apparently tangible and yet so unreal.
I hope that love does get me through this journey, A landscape that I find myself again in. A madness it seems. But then this is a new life, and I am the same.
To be, to see again, and to become anothetr. And perhaps to love another. Who understands, who knows, and just is there. With me. In silence.
