Dirty Dancing - classic all time lovey dovey weepy or load of old slush?
I watched it on TV the other night and at the end of the film we were all dancing around the living room - I love it and thinks its a really great " feel good" film. What do you think?applause

Who are the leads in the musical? Didnt realise they were making a stage show of it.
Now ... who would I cast for the lead partsconfused
Maybe - Jennifer Ellison could be Baby or that girl from Emmerdale who can sing and the guy ummm ... dont know maybe the black guy who is or was in the dancing programme and was in Corrie.

Yeah I will do that sounds good. Bet you wont be able to get the half price tickets for that for a while though.
I love stage shows even the Sound of Music one where people dress up and sing along - I know its mad but its fun!
I think my most favourite stage show of all times though was Evita - many years ago I saw Elaine Page and another girl was it Marti Webb?? cant remember - old age setting in - and it was a terrific show.

You just reminded me of the first time I took my kids to a live show. We went to the Victoria Palace to see Annie and my daughter sat on the edge of her seat and sang along with every song in the show. She still does now and she's 35 ( she'd kill me if she saw this) rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing
Do kids still enjoy pantomimes do you think? I suppose someone must enjoy them cos all the old has been actors are in them each yearconfused
