Personally, I just laugh at them and ping them off...It gets to be like a video game sometimes

I don´t think the OP is thinking of scammers. I think he is just expressing surprise and dismay that people don´t seem to be able to form a relationship online, in spite of the number of single, lonely there clearly are on these sites.
If that is the case, and welcome to CS by the way, you have to realise that there are many factors why people are not forming relationships.
Firstly, not everybody here is lonely or looking for a relationship. The forums are entertainment enough!
Secondly, there are a lot of dishonest people here too sadly, and it´s not the best pastime in the world trying to sort through the bad apples to get to the good ones.
Thirdly,this is an international site, and long distance relationships are unworkable for many.
