solitare: Whatever website you use, just make sure you find someplace on upper Connecticut Avenue or Georgetown; study a map of DC; the upper areas north of Rock Creek are reasonably safe and clean. The area known as Foggy Bottom is extremely nice; large houses with rooms to rent. Good luck and enjoy your stay.
What will you be doing in DC? I assume a job. I have an empty furnished room with a queen size water bed for rent. I'm about 70 miles south of DC straight up the interstate. Send me a private msg if for more info, I also have contacts in Culpeper VA. Housing in DC is very expensive.
Nuliiiiiii: You know that's what keeps bringing me back to CS

Yes Nuliiiii, there are times I exceed my own expectations. That warm fuzzy (inner child) in me does come out at times. To think, she could be a mass murderer or something. Yet, I still step up to the plate to help a citizen of the world.

nomade2011: Hi there,
I'll be soon in DC for 2 months.
Do you know any website which could help me in my research of an accommodation?
I have found some websites but that's always for one year at least...
Thanks for you help :)
Try being a little more specific in your searches by using certain keywords such as short term, monthly rates and such. I came up with quite a few links using "Washington DC monthly rates"
