Very much so. I seem to be wandering from pillar to post and not really fitting in anywhere. Uncertain times I guess as I try and hold on to my little bit of sanity.

No. I live alone it doesnt bother me at all. You have to be tough dont let things get you down.

I don't think SAD would hit this early, it usually takes a few months to develop. Bright light lamps or earphones work wonders, no need for expensive vacations in the sun. Well unless you can afford it and want it...
Enjoy the darkness, wrap up warm with a hot drink, watch the fire - even a candle is a fire - cuddle the twilight, take a few deep breaths and collect yourself and your thoughts. Life is good.

Most people feel like that at one time or other. Try to talk to a close friend in confidence. Its good to talk and maybe you will get a different perspective.
