This last months on UK Forums there has been a lot of folk
upset. Many have left because of it which is a shame.
Many have been slated, attacked personally.
Rules many of which were broken and still being so.
Why there are so many other forums that can be interactive
chat laugh, and even cajole?
This UK Forum has been allowed to become negative with folks
starting arguements, desperately trying to drag members into
them to have a go.
I ban all negs on my threads. It does not make for good vibes.
I personally never have started an arguement on UK and would not
wish to. No doubt someone will find a post and think gotya! ok,
bet I did not start it though.
I have been dragged in a few times and just ignored in the end.
Life is too short for the aggro.
I do not need it, I think no one does.
Many have gone so far as stalk me on threads to have a go it got
them nowhere.
I am not that interesting just a regular member that enjoys the fun
and the banter like the rest of the normal folks.
Is there any possible way of returning to the early part of the year
when all here were fun to be around?
Positive comments only please on this thread or it will be removed yes by me.
Have a nice day.

Let's look at this.

The OP starts a thread wondering where all the nice posters are, acting all innocent as if butter wouldn't melt in her mouth, and in the Irish forums, she's insulting the UK forum posters who disagree with her?

Classic double standards roll eyes

You can't actually ban negs, but only posts that are something the site moderators would delete. If someone has an opinion that doesn't match yours, it's part and parcel of forums. If you can't handle that simple fact, and only want a thread in total agreement with you, then please tell us all what to post first

Something you could do with paying attention to OP:
Forum Moderation Guidelines:
These 2 moderator options should be used sparingly... to maintain respect and tolerance in your thread while still allowing difference of opinion and lively discussion. Good use of these tools will result in popular threads; misuse will result in threads that no one posts in. Offensive threads or posts will still be subject to site staff decision.
