Ok, so I've been hearing about the different controversies about a person's weight. Ok well, here's my opinion on weight. First off you got to take in account of the three skeletal frames.Small,Medium, and Large. There a way to determine your frame take your thumb and your middle finger and wrap them around your wrist.
Small: If your thumb and middle finger are able to top each other. Medium: Your thumb and middle finger touch. Large: Your thumb and middle will have a gap in-between them.
Ok, back to the subject. You got to take account those frames. The bigger the more they weigh. Next, you need to take muscles into account and everyone knows that weighs more than fat. Then, you have body fat you do need a balanced amount to help with your body energize. Alright, Now I have facts out of the way,I'll make my point. It's true we all come in different shapes and sizes.Weight shouldn't matter.Only thing weight can tell us i if you may have a health problem but, some people will look like they weigh 120 but, weight more than that. It's their bone and muscle mass that makes the weight up the most than body fat. Me for example.(I'm not afraid to share.) I've been told I look like I weigh around 150 to 160.I actually weigh 186.I work out quite a bit and I have a large frame. So I do have some meat on me that's for sure but, point is weight is a number and you shouldn't let it bother you so much.I'm not saying stop working out and eating healthy we ALL need to do that thin or thick.Point is with weight don't think that body fat is the whole cause your frame and muscle also play a part in it.I guess to clear things up.If you're thin but, have a thick shape don't think you're fat it's just muscle and bone that are giving you that shape. If this doesn't make any sense I apologize.I may not be getting some words out properly like I want to.

Yeah after I learned about that wrist trick it all made sense to me.
Yeah! That's what I keep saying about weight too. A lot of women think they are supposed to weigh the same as a teen ager or a beanpole model and it's not natural for some people to be that light. I noticed that since gaining weight as an adult, I don't seem to get ravenous at meal times and can do more physical work than I used to do.

Well, according to my wrists, I am small framed, but I am also tall. I weighed the most when I was a size 6. I was very athletic then. I am now between a size 10 and 12. Still not fat, but have that tummy that won't go away no matter what I do, thanks to surgeries, babies, etc. However, the doctor, says, I don't need to lose weight. (Don't tell her, but I'd still like to lose some.)
