I saw this last night.....it was hysterical..
Commentators are saying it's one of the biggest gaffes in presidential debate history matching it with the one were the vice presidential candidate said "who am I, why am I here". Can't remember his name but I think he was a retired navy admiral....something to do with the navy.
This morning Perry was on the talk shows trying to talk his way out of it. I think Obamarama gave him the benefit of doubt that sometimes you have a brain freeze.

af9*r32Well, the Commerce department deregulated everything, telephone, truckers, airlines etc, so they need to be revamped and back to regulation again. EPA has way too much power, and should have been cut down to size long before this. As for that mysterious third part of government, I don't know what he was bereferring to. I'd be afraid to have him as president because he would forget what country he was president of.
