Well it's not for the want of trying G.

The new night club managed to go the distance and was actually hysterical,but there are very few members on here that want to interact,just argue and fight from what I've seen.sigh

The nightclub/coffee thread, managed to have more posts in a few days, than the whole of the UK forums had in the past month, (give or take a few days) and it was fun and light-hearted banter.

What can cause some problems, is the fact that different generations, see certain things in different ways. That can lead to some points, being made out as if they'd admitted to wanting to commit a serious crime!

Regarding threads being 'lame', there's no reason why topics that are considered good, are not started.
One persons lame, is another's perfect.

the uk forums are pretty crap with not many people on them lol but if theres summat interesting on it i usually post (which to be honest isnt often)

Some of us were put off by some arguments on these forums, but I for one am coming (gingerly) back. If the nonsense we had in the past few months has stopped then I will stay. To be honest when I first joined all that was on the UK forums seemed to be word games etc., which didn't appeal. Taking a look at the Irish forum for instance there are several topics, but the topics on here seem to be rather bland, for me anyway. I usually just pop into the forums when I am working, and only occasionally during leisure time but if there were some topics that interest me I would contribute more. Of course I could start some threads on here, and have done, but it is also a question of finding a topic that would interest others. This forum is really what we make of it I suppose. UK forums on international sites do tend to be quiet, so CS is not really an exception - it is the same across the board.
