Hi Kizzy, the timewarping back a week that you are referring to is probably system restore or whatever it's called. This usually affects only installed programs, etc, and not files (such as documents and lists of contacts.)
These contacts are they in an email program? Which one? Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail? Or Microsoft Outlook? Or another?
