lolshorty: in the middle of the night, we get a call. Her father has had a heart attach. My heart goes out to her, its so hard to go through this family member. my concern is her.
this particular person has given me years of grief, including physical harm. After all his expression hoping that i would have a heart attach (it mostly like the way i will die).
This has now happened to him. I am sorry but when i look at her if feel so so sorry to watch her devestation and know how it feels
i only hope that he is humbled but the experience and now stop the destructive behaviour he impresses on his family member.

I wonder what ever happened to turn the other cheek ... or this Expression .... Forgive them Father, they do NoT know what they are doing .. as he was being Crucified .... Its so much more effortless and peaceful to forgive and just move on light loaded ...

he has been elimated from my life for ages but letting go of bitterness toward him after being drag through unnecessary stuff for 11yrs. is really hard, personal i had thought that i had until this happened.

thats what i thought the universe had done this time. i wasnt involved and i encouraged my daughter to participate in holidays etc.
anger is so destructive, having expectations of others is just as destructive, holding expectations can poison a persons mind for a whole life time, comes from thinking of self
