I have bought too many planter pots...
They seemed like a good idea at the time,
but as plants do better in the earth, I now have an abundance of pots...

Wish I had not had bought them.rose

idea If they are nice planter pots Only if they are nice ones why not buy a bag of potting mix buy some nice plants or better still knock some nice cuttings out of peeps gardens

( cheaper that way with permission of course) and give them away as Xmas gifts or maybe birthday gifts later on , if transfering plants out of garden into pots keep in shaded area so plants can get over shock of being transplanted. grin

Hi Curly, wave

I bought heaps when I was having this ideaidea of planting veges and stuff in them, and I did at the time, all was good, beans growing, parsely, broccoli, etc... then one night after work I came home to find them all munched out... ( possums I think) I sorta lost interest after that...
( That was a couple of winters ago...) I have not tried summer stuff yet.. the parsely went to seed, the basil died off, I really need to get it together, but if you saw the size of my garden, you'd died of fright, and no, I cannot maintain all of it properly, so I have just come to terms that overgrown and weeds are part of it.

The feral gum trees and ash trees that self sow are really annoying too...
