Hi Jem, wave

I tried them out too... in a soup... looked all the one color... beetroot color... but I could not say they overtook the taste...

so I sorta liked the color, and will buy them again...

Not too comfortable getting broken into at night...

All the neighbors and myself had our cars rifled... so lucky we are so complacent, and no one had their cars locked... therefore no damage.

Just left with an icky feeling that some bods have been round at night.. It was one of the nights that I had actually shut and locked my house doors... because my car is parked right up under the carport next to the doors...they clearly were having a look about..

Dang...now I am forced to find someone to sleep over...

Me me. cheering applause cheering dancing

Have had the home broken into 2 days before getting back from 3 months overseas. Had unlocked cars broken into up a long driveway by other places. Taken to locking things up (especially now the dog is gone).

Grew up where the door was always open. Would get home from school and several family friends were enjoying a cuppa waiting for someone to get home.

daydream gone are those days I grew up in a small country town and every man and his dog left their house and cars unlocked. Don't think so much now even in the country towns sigh

not good Merri, but dont let them change your way of life. Just get smarter and remember to lock your car.

I had a similiar sort of thing happen a couple of weeks ago. My garage door is broken so it is generally up. Came out to hop on the scoot one morning to find every think from the storage pockets in the dash on my seat.
Evidently looking for money.
They have since come back and checked out the backp[ack I travel my dog in, again opening all the pockets looking for money.

They better watch out next time they try as they just might come out with a few mousetraps stuck on the ends of their sticky fingers.

Hope this was a one off event for youhug

is feeling very clever...

just fixed my fridge.

It has made a fluttering sound a couple of times lately, last time I turned it off for a couple of hours and the noise went away.
This time it didnt so while it was turned off I pulled the cover off the motor section and lo and behold there was a piece of plastic caught around the fan
Removed and I now again have a quiet fridgegrin

Well done Jem... sometimes it does not take much, and that little plastic could have been a huge call out fee if you had not looked, but just assumed that there was something wrong. so good for you...applause

I have been locking everything now, but I love your idea of mousetraps in the glovebox compartment... smitten
