I think she will be OK.
Growing up and living in a Republic I could never understand the whole Royal Family thing. Not just in the UK but any country.
I think respect is something to be earned but royalty expext people to bow, curtsey and pay taxes towards their upkeep just because they were born into a certain family. And most Royal families have a colourfull history to say the least so they would not be in the position they are without the odd murder here and there.
But each to their own and I know they create a lot of tourism revenue for the UK so maybe they pay their own way. Wouldn't be my cup of tea though!
