i still believe that if one is genuine, they will meet that someone who truly likes them for who they are. i also don't think that everyone has to agree on everything. no need for whipping (unless of course, it's something they want....grin)

I think the best thing to do is to ask those ladies. Though in case of any hidden meaning, I doubt that they would reveal it at once.
But taken the subject wider, I regard people who resort to clichés as close-minded.
