Ok, I attacked the words and posting tendencies of another member and this isn't nice; it's not in the spirit of this website and it's against the rules. I should have read the rules a bit more carefully.

So now it's your turn to say what you think about the Obscuritan. I know, I don't post a heck of a lot but some of you have met me in person or formed an opinion on me from what I hve written.
i can take it. I want to know how I come across. The reason I want to know this is that I am going through imprtant life changes and I need to adapt.

Honestly I think its subconscious conflict of seeking attention, we all do it from time to time…. I am the greatest the one that has the most logical answer to all your problems… guilty as charged. beer

Yep that i will. Now when it come to the use of emoticons I'm just a beginner but I hope to register in the upcoming emoticons class that Mr Lookin is conducting. (Woops said something about someone else.... but it was meant as a positive, ie he is really really good at expressing things with emoticons.)

Watch carefully and guess what they are singing.
Looks like "Bottom Bare" which is a phrase that occurs in that christmas carol about slding down a snowy hillside without a toboggan.

I for one think you you have Nothing to apologise for, I have never met you but I find your posts interesting intelligent and fair...you don't swear' you are not sarcastic or smart. You are a valued member and I respect your opinion wish you came on here more often.

I for one found nothing wrong with your thread at all as it was done without malice' you invited the member to participate as well,goodness.... if I have said anything in the past that members object to they soon say something.

I am agnostic and a realist but I understand what people get out of religion and of course I respect their faith...and 99-9% bless them would Never ever try to ram it down our throats, they quietly go about their lives helping when they can.

However.... I despise others who use it as a weapon to rant and rave ...the power and brimstone types, its very sad that they use it for the purpose of anger and frustration in their own lives.

I agree that there would be other forums more suited for these types of tirades and it is not called for... no excuses.JMO as alwayssigh sigh sigh

I'm with you 100% on this one Martia. I fully respect people have various beliefs, and I would never try to disuade them of their beliefs (even if I think they might be delusional - if we speak to an imaginary friend, we generally get institutionalized... or at least medicated. But call it religion, and it is fine...grin )

But I do take exception to religious bigots who believe they are better, and they know better, and try to force their beliefs down other peoples throats - so to speak... I had enough of that growing up - and I won't tollerate it now. very mad

Obscy, having met you I read your post in the way you meant it.

The only thing maybe you shouldnt have done was name another member, but your point was a valid one. That maybe the constant repartition
of someones views over many threads isnt pleasant to continually read.

You would not, on my opinion, ever try to flame or insult anyone.
