I love Kroger Private Selection Organic Flax Seed Bread. It is awesome. Then it's rye with seeds.

eating multi grained toast now...melba bread is cool too...the bigger loaf tho hard to spread stuff on the tiny pieces...lol

our main food is cooked rice, bread for breakfast or sometime for lunch and dinner but not all the time, :-))) i dont know which kind of wheat bread is made of, ;-))) i just choose the delicious ones from safe brand name shop with reasonable price to buy :-))) and finally we dont eat cooked rice or bread too much, there are a variety of other foods for alternatives (noodles & vegetables,meat, fish,...) , eating cooked rice or bread too much will make the weight increase a lot :-)))
