I know that feeling. Can't seem to shut my mind down sometimes but I tried an old fashioned remedy; nutmeg and warm milk. It works. Give it a shot and I hope you will get a good nights sleep.

Guess you will sleep one way or another. Was feeling a tad under the weather and had a hot tottie. Wow, I was out like a light and felt 100% the next day.
