To be honest, I have no idea. I have come to the idea that everyone who claim they have the idea are also either guessing, or, doing a educated guess.

What God is, however, seems less interesting though, than actually the process of wondering itself. To put the mind completely against the unknown, in wondering, sub conscious searching, inquiring, without measuring, wanting, fearing is a interesting state of mind that can be related to God.

Through immense sorrow, which easily can be seen in all of the world, real beauty is seen/sensed, and color the state of mind with love.

May be that "God" is a more interesting fellow than often given credit for, who knows - tell me when you see "Him".

God is associated with qualities only, to associate any physical embodiment to God is self contradictory. Because all physical forms have limitations and God is understood as having absolutely no limitations.

God is described as all powerful, all knowing, all merciful .. etc

This is a heated question as all see God as different possibilities..the answer cannot be a simple one..due to my science background I would say we are just one large biological experiment gone wrong..

THIS DOES NOT MEAN I DONT BELIEVE IN A HIGHER POWER

Well, we are killing each other across the globe today, due to different "Gods". Do you suspect that this is a strategic exploitation of peoples beliefs?

Yeah exactly, what people has gotten out of the concept, and pushed publicly, it stirs up people in a peculiar way - so to even head towards that concept inwardly, is a act of violence, ultimately, to yourself, AND by dictating it to others.

And still, that is what having a authority in matters like this dictating to you what the concept is/should be.

God is ALL and is IN ALL.
God is LOVE!

Quite simple really.

In knowing that, you have the FREEDOM for God to be whatever you desire, in knowing Him through life's experiences.

No chains that bind!yay

It would seem that the observation is what related to "God", not the invention of a glorified super entity.

Yeah, seeing that resembles real freedom, freedom from the known, real love, real beauty.

The known, and especially desire, is depriving us from this.

Would you not say that a inwardly invented God is the start of the conflict? Would you agree that the act of violence itself is that invention, and time is the only factor in which it express itself outwardly?

I think what or who started everything is more in the field of science than religion, remember religion is very old, it is still valid because it talks about humans only, but one has to consider what they had at that time, and what they did not have. What they did not have is probably more revealing than what they had.

Speculating based on the unknown, based on a desire to know the unknowable, then relate it to a question with a known answer (just not revealed to us yet, we still miss all the good knowledeg from the distant future), seems to be a action very far away from God.

I can jump ahead a few steps and say that we are God, God is us, and THAT is what we experience in that state of mind - but of course that would be to easy. And instead we are indulging in fear and desire, with the nature of avoiding pain and getting pleasure.

I think that this is true at the same point during those times people did like now and questioned their own existence as well as that of a higher power and only time will tell the answer that we are not meant to know at this time

This is my take on the soul as well. The soul appears to be the mirror of the unknown, although it is easily corrupted by fear and desire. By our individual intention to act outwardly, if it is by fear, desire or love, we can feel inwardly how corrupt it is, once the real is seen. This intention, many of us act upon outward falsely related to what it is on the inside, so it is easily hidden too.

I think you are never supposed to know the unknown. Once a unknown thing becomes known, such as in learning, it is not unknown anymore, it is measured, judged, condemned or approved.

To use science to prove or disapprove "God" seems to be a ridiculous experiment, only fueled by the humans desire to know.

So, in my opinon, it seems like something that will lead one away from the real thing.

Freedom of belief may not be a good thing. Because there isn't anything to believe in. You can't believe in a invented image without robbing yourself from the real, the unknown, which is the only way to relate to the real, love, truth, freedom, real beauty.

Although, having 5 billion of believers sounds incredible profitable, or extremely interesting prospects.

Jumping a few steps

The real is also the real knowledge of self. Real beauty is not a hidden factor of life, only to be experienced by luck, while stunned in surprise.

I`ve been watching some videos on youtube called ancient astronauts and according to some evidences ,there have been a few civilizations before ours ,who have been technological far advanced ..no one knows what happened to them ...Then we have some indications that we have been visited from Aliens ( could be from other planets or time travelers) who have been worshiped as Gods ...
bottom line is, when I look around, this can`t be just a coincidence...Life must be the product of a higher being

I got you mate, I just relate what you wrote to the way I'm getting at the real thing (or my take on it).

Many DO hold believes, exactly by the way you describe - I'm taking a shot at what is actually happen inside it.
