Most people can see failure in the Obama Presidency EVERYWHERE, from the Obama regime blatantly misstating and/or inventing, fudging the numbers, or statistics to try to hide their abysmal failure at using government (that is, Taxpayers money, in their various PORKULUS BILLS POLICIES THAT HAVE MISERABLY FAILED) to create and save these imaginary jobs, along with their false Unemployment Numbers!

Take, for instance, the Biggie Lie--the False Unemployment Numbers that the Obama Regime spills out. You know, the False number they put that is soooo False to begin with... right after the JOBS REPORT comes out at the end of the week. That right out of the door has to be and... MOST ALWAYS WILL... have to be REVISED in some fashion, or form.
WHY? Because that NUMBER was/is Fudged/Faked/Phoney-Baloney/Cooked-Up TO BEGIN WITH!! The Number, or whatever you may call it, THAT IS SOOO PHONEY-BALONEY FOR SOMEONE TO BELIEVE IN AS REAL IN THE FISRT PLACE!

With the knowledge that there has been a dramatic shrinkage in the U.S. Labor Market of jobs during the Obama regime, overall, one can visualize what is really happening here, as far as numbers! There have been $4 MILLION JOBS (JOBS THAT HAVE BEEN LOST during the Obama Regime Reign from it's inception) that the regime no longer counts... ANYMORE!! See, once a person's unemployment benefits are over, or have run out, they are no longer counted on the unemployment rolls, as a person NOT LOOKING FOR WORK! Rigt now, these False Obama Unemployment Numbers says that the UNEMPLOYMENT rate is 8.9%, when, in fact, it's REALLY closer to 12% to 18% Nationwide!!

Still, the REAL concern in putting out these FALSE NUMBERS IS ALL THIS PERCEPTION THAT COMES OUT OF WASHINGTON BECAUSE OF THIS! I mean- with THE PERCEPTION from our dear, compliant, Obama lapdog, government-sponsored Liberal Media that have to put their spin on it, and what is happening with putting out these FALSE NUMBERS. With their EUPHORIC STORIES placing Obama's honestly (Huh, I mean- PROPAGANDA/LIES!) on parade all over the place for ALL TO SEE, from the print media to the Internet, on how well the U.S. Economy is doing!! That IT'S FINALLY turning around and getting BETTER, when, in fact, WHAT THE EVERYDAY PERSON SEES IS SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!! THERE IS A GIANT DISCONNECT!! Yes! Quite the opposite... The Economy is NOT DOING WELL under the Obama Regime... THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING to really improve ANYBODIES ECONOMIC STANDING, OR STATUS!! To prove this...just drive down in your own neighborhood in the city in which you live and see ALL the CLOSED STOREFRONT PROPERTIES EVERYWHERE...see ALL HOW MANY of your neighbors are on the OVERFLOWING WELFARE ROLLS!!

Why dosen't the Obama regime become even more BOLDER than BEFORE and REALLY LIE and make the next Unemployment Number, before the November 2012 elections, down to an HISTORIC LOW Unemployment Rate of 2.5 %??-- Then, Media can finally proclaim him as the true hero they want EVERYBODY ELSE TO BELIEVE HE IS!! But, that would be LYING- wouldn't it!?

Ask ANYONE! From the poor to the middle-class, under this Obama regime... HAS He, or His Administration done ANYTHING TO RAISE ANYBODIES ECONOMIC STATUS, OR POSITION!!! The answer would be an astounding NO!!!!!!!!!

CONTINUED-

He done NOTHING for the PRIVATE SECTOR WORKERS of this country! Sure! But what if your a Federal Worker? Then, the jobs are abundant! They are the only jobs that are prospering in this bad economy! Obama's Bigger Government means more Fed Workers, but if you work in the private sector- it's either sink or swim!!

Add to this, from our resident, bumbling, Dummy-in-Charge President, offering his opposition to the proposed Keystone Pipeline Project to further seal the deal with the private sector worker fate! HE vetos a bill (the Keystone Pipeline Project) which would have created some 200,000 U.S. JOBS and provide much needed Oil for the U.S. economy, so we wouldn't have to be DEPENDENT upon, or be less DEPENDENT on FORIEGN Oil!!! He vetos it! Go Figure!!!! Thought he was interested in reviving American economy?? With job creation?! Guess not!

Even some in The Media are finally recognizing the hard truth about Obama, but they will still go all lengths to protect him. To paraphrase Harry Truman, he (OBAMA) may be an ignorant, incompetent, and corrupt fool, but HE'S OUR FOOL!! But, what simply Obumbler has ignored (or maybe cannot possibly comprehend) is that the very act of fudging the numbers is a de facto admission that socialism/sharing the wealth simply does not work, because it depends on a teetering pyramid of lies to maintain the illusion of success.

Hopefully, Most Americans can shift through all this Obumbler crap and see where the truth lies!

From the billions and billions of taxpayers dollars from the first PORKULUS BILL ($1 TRILLION DOLLARS STIMULUS), with the assertion that it was to be mainly used to create jobs for our infrastructure! You know? Those so-called "shovel-ready" jobs! Trouble is, WE were lied to! There were no "shovel-ready" jobs! Right from the President's own lying mouth!

The Solyndra "green energy" boondoggle (Taxpayer money lost $500 MILLION DOLLARS) and scandal that goes deeper than that, which EVERBODY KNOWS!! It's Crony Capitalism at it's BEST! Turns out, Solyndra chosen Ones (former Obumbler campaign Bundlers!) were given guranteed TAXPAYER loan money! PAYBACK TIME! Obama was involved in Solyndra up to his armpits, Where millions of our money went out the back door of the White House and all he says, No Regrets!!! But, at least his intentions were good! WHAT!?
What happen in possible Investigation/hearing on this matter?? EVERY SOLYDRA EXE PLEAD THE 5TH AMENDMENT--SWEEP UNDER THE RUG by the Regime!

Probably the most heinious regime LIE in all of this, because it resulted with two of our Border Patrol Agents being Murdered, was "Fast and Furious", the gunrunner program sponsored by the Obama regime. And still, we have Obama and Holder, DENIED knowing that thousands of guns went walking across our border into Mexico.

Holder vaguely remembers hearing about the "Fast and Furious" gunrunner program! WHAT!?
What happen in possible Investigation/hearing on this matter--SWEEP UNDER THE RUG by the Regime!

Most recently, Obama's Recess Appointments, which were illegal and deemed Un-constitutional, since the Senate was in-session, and NOT in recess!
Abusive power and acts such as this lead to a Dictator type of rule, and DO NOT follow what the U.S. Constitution says are the logical checks and balances to our Government.
What will happen in possible Investigation/hearing on this matter?? --SWEEP UNDER THE RUG by the Regime!

Clearly, there's plenty more Obama LIES/Denials/Fake Numbers to go around ! Name Some that I have missed!

Again, like I said before, I trust Americans can shift through all this Obumbler crap and see were if any truth lies within it! And let their voices be heard in November 2012

" See, once a person's unemployment benefits are over, or have run out, they are no longer counted on the unemployment rolls, as a person NOT LOOKING FOR WORK!"

Yes that is certainly true, but what they don`t even try to calculate is the fact that many, thousands or possibly even in the millions of people are not in the numbers because they were small business people who have folded their companies because of the hard times. Typically these people were never covered for unemployment insurance unless they were incorporated and carried themselves as an employee of the corporation. As an owner employee of a corporation most states will allow you to opt out of the unemployment insurance and I would suspect that most did just to save the premium{I know I used to when I was in business for over 40 years} So I would estimate that the true unemployment numbers are somewhere around 25% of the total available workforce. But in all fairness the Obama administration did not devise this system of tracking unemployment figures. This has been going on for decades.

Here's a look at the U.S. unemployment rate for selected years from 1920 to 2010. Notice that there is a significant difference in 2009, 2010 under the Obama Administration without changes to the system on how to classify unemploynent numbers:

Year Rate 1920 5.2 % 1928 4.2 1930 8.7 1932 23.6 1934 21.7 1936 16.9 1938 19.0 1940 14.6 1942 4.7% 1944 1.2 1946 3.9 1948 3.8 1950 5.3 1952 3.0 1954 5.5 1956 4.1 1958 6.8% 1960 5.5 1962 5.5 1964 5.2 1966 3.8 1968 3.6 1970 4.9 1972 5.6 1974 5.6% 1976 7.7 19781 6.1 1980 7.1 1982 9.7 1984 7.5 19861 7.0 1987 6.2 1988 5.5 1989 5.3 19901 5.6% 1991 6.8 1992 7.5 1993 6.9 19941 6.1 1995 5.6 1996 5.4 19971 4.9 19981 4.5 19991 4.2 20001 4.0 2001 4.7 2002 5.8 20031 6.0% 20041 5.5 20051 5.1 2006 4.6 2007 4.6 2008 5.8 2009 9.3 2010 9.6

No argument on my part concerning the fact that the "rate",however you want to calculate it increased on the Presidents watch. That is a fact that he will have to deal with in his re-election.

The unemployment numbers have gone positive over the last 3 weeks along with the stock market now going well. Not enough to change the economy yet. The US is dependent on what Europe does in their financial crises...and more importantly what Iran is doing in the Persian Gulf.

Iran 'warns' US stay out of Persian Gulf

/

A large percentage of oil flows through the Persian Gulf to other Nations, especially to Europe and the United States. The price of oil rose by over 4 dollars a barrel today because of Iran’s threat to block oil to free Nations.

Georgia Court to Hear Natural Born Citizen Case vs Obama
By Craig Andresen

The liberty Legal Foundation has announced that the case pending in Georgia, challenging Obama’s eligibility, has been ACCEPTED.

This is great news considering Obama and his team of attorneys had been actively trying to have this case DENIED!!

The Georgia court in agreeing to hear the case could well be setting the stage for other states in which quite similar cases are pending. Arizona and Tennessee both have such cases waiting right now.

This case, in Georgia, deals specifically with the Natural Born Citizen issue.

In a previous article, we brought up the Minor vs Happersett case from 1875 in which the Supreme Court defined a NBC as one who has 2 parents which were citizens at the time of the subject’s birth. We also cited 3 other cases in which the Supreme Court, previous to the Minor case, said the same thing.

Since Obama’s father, at the time of Barack’s birth, was not a U.S. citizen, nor did he ever become one, according to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1875…Obama is NOT a Natural Born Citizen.

If not a NBC…then, according to the Constitution, Obama is ineligible to serve as President.

So…how long will THIS take before a hearing will occur?

Not NEARLY as long as you might think.

The Georgia court will hear this at 9am on January 26th 2012.

Bypassing Congress for an appointment is an illegal activity by Obama and not Constitutional. We have 3 branches of US Government: Legislative, Executive and Judicial. Obama just made an appointment and bypassed Congress. An act of a Dictator. Even China is reporting this and the GOP is suing.

Another Positively Positive Employment Report
Yesterday's trade had a familiar look to it, with the market opening lower on the back of eurozone concerns and then seemingly setting those concerns aside after European markets closed and finishing higher.

The gains in the broader market were not large. The S&P 500 increased 0.3%. Nonetheless, the resilience of the U.S. equity market made a large statement of relative strength in the face of ongoing macro uncertainty.

Not surprisingly, there was a reserved tone in the futures trade ahead of the December employment report. That was the case even though most European markets were trading with a positive bias, seemingly ignoring the 7-handle on the Italian 10-year note (now 7.08%).

A better-than-expected business climate indicator for December reportedly served as the catalyst for buying interest in European markets.

The focus, though, has now turned to the employment situation in the U.S. -- and that situation can be adequately described as improving.

Nonfarm payrolls in December increased by 200,000 (Briefing.com consensus 150,000) while private payrolls jumped by 212,000 (Briefing.com consensus 170,000). Revisions to nonfarm payrolls for October and November were minimal and basically canceled each other out, so there isn't any real difference from what had been known about those months.

Other signs of improvement in December came in hourly earnings rising an expected 0.2% after being flat in November; the average workweek ticking up 0.1 to 34.4 hours (Briefing.com consensus 34.3); and the unemployment rate dipping 0.2 to 8.5% (Briefing.com consensus 8.7%).

There were 50,000 fewer people in the labor force, although the participation rate held steady at 64.0%.

Including the drop in the labor force, the number of unemployed declined by 226,000, meaning the number of employed workers in the civilian labor force increased by 176,000.

The percentage of workers unemployed for 27 weeks or more fell slightly to 42.5% from 43.1% while the U6 unemployment rate, which accounts for marginally attached workers as well, dropped to 15.2% from 15.6%.

The December employment report isn't necessarily a table-pounding report in and of itself. It shows there is still a long way to go to the point where anyone can say the U.S. labor market is unquestionably strong.

The important takeaway today is that the December employment report shows the labor market is improving and that trend dynamic should not be understated. It is an essential component for restoring confidence for consumers and businesses alike that has a positive feedback loop.

Accordingly, we won't label this report as being strong, but we will call it a positive report for the strongest element driving economic growth, which is the labor market.

The S&P futures ticked up a bit on the headline results, but have since pulled back and are pointing to a relatively flat start for a market that has seen an otherwise encouraging week of U.S. economic data.

Real Jobless Rate Is 11.4% With Realistic Labor Force Participation Rate
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 01/06/2012 10:23 -0500

BLS Bureau of Labor Statistics Real Unemployment Rate Unemployment

One does not need to be a rocket scientist to grasp the fudging the BLS has been doing every month for years now in order to bring the unemployment rate lower: the BLS constantly lowers the labor force participation rate as more and more people "drop out" of the labor force for one reason or another. While there is some floating speculation that this is due to early retirement, this is completely counterfactual when one also considers the overall rise in the general civilian non institutional population. In order to back out this fudge we are redoing an analysis we did first back in August 2010, which shows what the real unemployment rate would be using a realistic labor force participation rate. To get that we used the average rate since 1980, or ever since the great moderation began. As it happens, this long-term average is 65.8% (chart 1). We then apply this participation rate to the civilian noninstitutional population to get what an "implied" labor force number is, and additionally calculate the implied unemployed using this more realistic labor force. We then show the difference between the reported and implied unemployed (chart 2). Finally, we calculate the jobless rate using this new implied data. It won't surprise anyone that as of December, the real implied unemployment rate was 11.4% (final chart) - basically where it has been ever since 2009 - and at 2.9% delta to reported, represents the widest divergence to reported data since the early 1980s. And because we know this will be the next question, extending this lunacy, America will officially have no unemployed, when the Labor Force Participation rate hits 58.5%, which should be just before the presidential election.
